Be sure to plug your USB Drive into another working windows machine to verify all data is there and transferred without corruption. If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select Safe Mode. If the problem comes back you can go to that restore point.
