Update: 02 August 2006 Seems that on May 16, 2006 Microsoft have removed this solution from the Knowledgebase, now simply stating that they do not support this configuration. I did the disable intelppm from recovery console and also deleted it from the system32/drivers directory and it started installing windows as it should have.
